Just a quick note to you all to thank you for the very professional and helpful handover last weekend. It was a pleasure to meet you all and a real joy to experience real service again (something pretty rare these days!).

We want to thank you so much not only for our lovely caravan but also for your wonderful aftersales service.

We have been buying caravans since 1989. All new and from all different manufacturers and dealerships and we can honestly say that this handover was the best we have ever experienced. Your workshop staff, office staff and anybody else that we came into contact with were extremely helpful.

I just thought I would put an email together to thank all the staff at Stowford. From the first contact right through to the handover and aftersales with a few minor niggles the staff have been polite and all wanted to help. I have to say I am very particular about purchases and nothing was too much trouble for the Stowford team.

I must congratulate you all on the outstanding level of service we have been provided with ever since the purchase of our first new caravan. The whole process from purchase to handover was a real pleasure.

The service we received from the first time we looked at the caravan until we took possession of it far exceeded our expectations. The service we received was exceptional.

Having recently bought my second new caravan from Stowford Caravans, I have no hesitation in recommending this company… Their philosophy is obviously customer is King because nothing is too much trouble… one often hears tales of woe but this is a first class company to deal with
