I am writing to thank you again for the excellent service that we received when we purchased a used Bailey ranger 500/5 today(13.09.2015). After a very trying time looking at caravans more locally it was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well with you. We will be recommending you to friends who are also in the market for a caravan.

It is a fantastic site set in the tranquil countryside of North Devon……the facilities are absolutely immaculate.

There are many other dealers closer to where we live, but because you are prepared to go the extra mile in the service you provide, that few extra miles is easily worth the effort on our part.

Thank you to Simon at Coed Ely, Lyn and Tom at Devon for sorting out a replacement window and minor bodywork repair to our 3 week old Cartagena following a collision… Everyone at Stowford and especially Simon Bennett at Bailey were absolutely marvellous. Previously we’ve always had Swift vans and they can learn an awfull lot from Bailey and Stowford on excellent customer service.

Just a quick note to you all to thank you for the very professional and helpful handover last weekend. It was a pleasure to meet you all and a real joy to experience real service again (something pretty rare these days!).
