Penguin Snowball Fight

Thank you to Simon at Coed Ely, Lyn and Tom at Devon for sorting out a replacement window and minor bodywork repair to our 3 week old Cartagena following a collision… Everyone at Stowford and especially Simon Bennett at Bailey were absolutely marvellous. Previously we’ve always had Swift vans and they can learn an awfull lot from Bailey and Stowford on excellent customer service.

..the site is a credit to all the staff and owners. It is so well cared for, especially the shower blocks which are immaculate.

It is rare to receive such excellent service and so I wanted to write and thank you all. I would recommend you without hesitation to friends and will definitely visit again when we next change our caravan.

The site is so well looked after and it really shows. All members of staff we came across were always so helpful and friendly. We ate at both the restaurant and the pub and the food was outstanding. The campsite shop and accessory shop are also excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I explored the walk down by the stream for the first time this stay as well and it is a real bonus, so relaxing.

I would like to say it has been a great pleasure dealing with Stowford in the search for a new caravan and we will be recommending you to our other caravanning friends.
