I am writing to thank you again for the excellent service that we received when we purchased a used Bailey ranger 500/5 today(13.09.2015). After a very trying time looking at caravans more locally it was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well with you. We will be recommending you to friends who are also in the market for a caravan.

We would like to thank you for the efficient way the sale of our old caravan and the purchase of the new one was handled. The handover procedure which you operate is excellent and in spite of the the awful weather we experienced, it all went well.

The site is so well looked after and it really shows. All members of staff we came across were always so helpful and friendly. We ate at both the restaurant and the pub and the food was outstanding. The campsite shop and accessory shop are also excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I explored the walk down by the stream for the first time this stay as well and it is a real bonus, so relaxing.

The Handover procedure you operate is excellent.
