I would just like to express our gratitude for the courteous and most helpful staff at the caravan centre who made our exchange of the motorhome and purchase of the new Bailey Pegasus such a pleasant experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stowford Caravans.

The site is so well looked after and it really shows. All members of staff we came across were always so helpful and friendly. We ate at both the restaurant and the pub and the food was outstanding. The campsite shop and accessory shop are also excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I explored the walk down by the stream for the first time this stay as well and it is a real bonus, so relaxing.

Firstly, let me say Congratulations on your Gold Award; it’s obvious that you have been really busy over the last year and I am deeply impressed by your continued commitment to conservation… It’s clear that your park is a labour of love and I am delighted that you continue to innovate and try exciting new ideas. Very well done.

We have always had good service from the Stowford Sales team, in particular the excellent handover and aftersales service. We have been so impressed that we have just bought our 4th Caravan from Stowford

Thank you to Simon at Coed Ely, Lyn and Tom at Devon for sorting out a replacement window and minor bodywork repair to our 3 week old Cartagena following a collision… Everyone at Stowford and especially Simon Bennett at Bailey were absolutely marvellous. Previously we’ve always had Swift vans and they can learn an awfull lot from Bailey and Stowford on excellent customer service.
