The whole experience of becoming part of the Stowford experience has been a joy and we have much appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude demonstrated by everyone involved.

I am writing to thank you again for the excellent service that we received when we purchased a used Bailey ranger 500/5 today. After a very trying time looking at caravans more locally it was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well…

The site is so well looked after and it really shows. All members of staff we came across were always so helpful and friendly. We ate at both the restaurant and the pub and the food was outstanding. The campsite shop and accessory shop are also excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I explored the walk down by the stream for the first time this stay as well and it is a real bonus, so relaxing.

We believe you have a wonderful team of employees who were friendly, professional and efficient, but above all understand the concept of customer service. Your team exceeded expectations of good customer service. Well done and thank you.

Thank you to Simon at Coed Ely, Lyn and Tom at Devon for sorting out a replacement window and minor bodywork repair to our 3 week old Cartagena following a collision… Everyone at Stowford and especially Simon Bennett at Bailey were absolutely marvellous. Previously we’ve always had Swift vans and they can learn an awfull lot from Bailey and Stowford on excellent customer service.

It is rare to receive such excellent service and so I wanted to write and thank you all. I would recommend you without hesitation to friends and will definitely visit again when we next change our caravan.

Just a quick note to you all to thank you for the very professional and helpful handover last weekend. It was a pleasure to meet you all and a real joy to experience real service again (something pretty rare these days!).

We have been so impressed by the service and the friendless of all the people we have met and dealt with at Stowford. It has been a very easy process and we will highly recommend
