Re-Opening Information

Following the recent Government announcement, we are excited to announce that we will be re-opening on the 12th April!

Our opening hours from the 12th April onwards will be: Monday-Saturday, 9am – 5pm, (closed Sundays). Please always phone ahead if you are planning a visit.

All non-essential retail has been instructed to close; therefore our Sales Office will be temporarily shut until new Government Guidelines are announced allowing us to open in due course.

We hope our Workshop will be operating, but on reduced capacity, largely focusing on clearing the backlog of work.

Vehicle Viewing

We politely ask that people wear facemasks when inside any of our caravans. We are also encouraging a ‘look but don’t touch’ policy. Hand sanitiser is available in the entrance of our office for anyone who would like to use it, before and after viewing.

Safety Measures

We want you to feel re-assured that every practical measure is being taken to ensure we are following recommended guidance and keeping everyone as safe as possible. Here are some of the measures that we have put in place:

  • Facemasks must be worn over the mouth and nose at all times whilst inside our office, whilst talking to any members of staff or whilst viewing any caravans/vehicles.
  • All staff are required to wear facemasks at all times, with the exception of sitting alone at their own desks.
  • 2 metres of social distance between all members of staff and customers at all times.
  • Hand sanitiser available in the entrance of our office.
  • Dividing perspex screens on desks and counters.
  • Regular sanitisation of all surfaces.
  • Maximum of one staff member and two customers within offices.

We appreciate your cooperation at this time, as we understand that adjusting to all these changes can be strange. But we will do everything we can to keep you safe and we ask that you abide by these measures to do the same for us.
