Well done to both of you {and Aled}, for a great experience, from start to finish, and hope you are proud of Aled, very polite and very easy to deal with, as you both were. Thank you to Simon at Coed Ely, Lyn and Tom at Devon for sorting out a replacement window and minor bodywork repair to our 3 week old Cartagena following a collision… Everyone at Stowford and especially Simon Bennett at Bailey were absolutely marvellous. Previously we’ve always had Swift vans and they can learn an awfull lot from Bailey and Stowford on excellent customer service.

I must congratulate you all on the outstanding level of service we have been provided with ever since the purchase of our first new caravan. The whole process from purchase to handover was a real pleasure.
